JTK Trades LLC is a privately owned company serving Lancaster County and the surrounding areas. We provide many of your residential, commercial and agricultural power washing needs. We are constantly working to improve the quality and efficiency of our services, while always striving to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Since our company's inception we have been recommended by satisfied customers who refer us to their friends and family, and we really appreciate that. MEET JARED
Jared Koch is the Owner/Operator of JTK. He currently oversees the day-to-day operations, does all the estimates and bidding for JTK, and manages the schedule. When needed he will occasionally help on a job from time to time. The majority of his time is spent making sure there is a back log of work and slowly trying to grow the company. He has built the company from a one-man operation, operating out of his garage, to currently having three full time employees, one part time office worker and 3 seasonal workers.

Jared is very dedicated to doing the job right and strives to treat all his customers the way he would want to be treated, with honesty and integrity. He is a husband to a beautiful wife and three amazing children. When Jared is not working, he enjoys camping, hunting and riding ATVs with family and friends. He is originally from the Lehigh Valley but currently resides in Ephrata with his family.
